Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for purchases on Auralumeus  (https://www.auralumeus.comBy placing an order with Auralumeus you agree to the terms below.


 


1. Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if shown at checkout)

  • Any other payment options displayed at checkout

If a payment method is not accepted at the time you try to pay, the checkout will let you know.


2. Currency and pricing

  • All prices on the site are shown in the currency selected on the site. The final charge will appear on your card or account in that currency unless your bank converts it.

  • Prices shown do not include applicable taxes and shipping unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time. If an item is mispriced and you have already paid, we will contact you with options (honor the price, cancel the order with full refund, or offer an alternative).


3. When payment is taken

  • For one-time purchases, payment is charged when the order is placed and your payment is authorized.

  • For pre-orders or backordered items, we will clearly state when payment will be charged (e.g., at time of shipping or at time of order).

  • For subscriptions or recurring billing, you authorize Auralumeus to charge the payment method you provided on the recurring schedule described at sign-up.


4. Recurring payments & subscriptions

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew on the schedule you selected (monthly, annually, etc.) until cancelled.

  • You can cancel recurring payments at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support (see Contact section). Cancelling prevents future billing but does not typically prorate past charges unless otherwise stated.

  • We will notify you by email before significant subscription price changes when feasible.


5. Failed payments and payment verification

  • If a payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, bank refusal), we will notify you and may request updated payment information. Orders with unresolved failed payments will be placed on hold and may be canceled after a defined period.

  • For fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, we may verify payment details or request additional information.


6. Taxes, duties and customs

  • Applicable sales tax, VAT, duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • For international orders, customs charges and import duties may apply when the shipment reaches its destination country. These are not collected by Auralumeus unless displayed at checkout.


7. Refunds, returns and chargebacks

  • Payment refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy (link to your returns policy). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

  • If you believe a charge on your statement is unauthorized, please contact us immediately. If a chargeback is filed with your bank, we will cooperate with the bank’s investigation. Excessive or wrongful chargebacks may result in order cancellation and recovery of costs.


8. Security

  • Auralumeus uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect payment and personal information during transmission.

  • We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment is processed by our trusted payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). For details, see our Privacy Policy page.


9. Billing information accuracy

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified.
